”BES has held our open-end IDIQ for Architectural & Engineering Services for more than the 19 years that I have worked here in Public Works Engineering. Over that long term relationship I have found the firm to be very thorough in their field work and that leads to thorough design. Their attention to the field work details in renovation projects is well above the effort that I have seen from other A&E firms and it is shown in the completeness of their designs. I cannot stress enough the importance of investigative field work in renovation projects and though there will always be some surprises during the demo phase, BES has been the best I have seen in minimizing the unforeseen conditions and thus minimized the modifications to the contract during construction.

This project will have a major impact on the North Mobile community because it will give the citizens in this area better access to public transportation and it will be utilized to encourage the community to use public transportation on a regular basis. This hub will also help those who are unemployed find jobs and arrive at their jobs on time and efficiently. This area needs an economic boost and this hub will definitely contribute to this boost.
